With a large volume of customer orders arriving daily at ArdMoor, increased operational and order processing efficiency means orders can be promptly fulfilled at reduced warehouse overhead. Inforgen has transformed many of ArdMoor’s previously manual order processing tasks into smooth, automated activities, including generation of delivery notes, shipping labels and courier integration.
The integrated functionality between Inforgen’s warehouse, finance and stock applications also means that ArdMoor can quickly identify back orders, allocate returns and exchanges, and spot stock, payment or fraud issues to keep a smooth order cycle.

The process-driven picking and packing functionality in the Inforgen Order Processing application delivers high despatch accuracy rates, which has the effect of reducing time spent on this process. A suite of tailored financial and operational reports also enable the ArdMoor management team to monitor and optimise business performance over time.

Inforgen for Retail gives ArdMoor access to detailed reports providing insights into revenue generated, VAT and shipping costs, alongside a complete overview of number and type of product orders placed. The uncluttered presentation of the top navigation, menu system and page display is created using the Inforgen CMS (Content Management System). This means that the ArdMoor team is able to make rapid changes to web page content without requiring any HTML coding.
ArdMoor has also saved time and resource with copywriting and SEO services provided by the Inforgen Marketing Services team. With ongoing copywriting support from the Inforgen team, ArdMoor has built up focused, search engine optimised content for core product pages and guides.
ArdMoor also outsources PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising management to the Inforgen Marketing Services team for expert analysis and implementation to meet financial targets. The team also uses this data in conjunction with Google Analytics to suggest improvements on website design, usability and targeting.
With over 500 products online and growing, ArdMoor saves significant time and resource with a batch upload feature in the Inforgen Products and CMS application. This enables the team to insert an entire catalogue of products into the Inforgen website in one step.
The batch upload feature also means it’s quick and easy for ArdMoor to respond to change or modify product prices across an entire group or range without having to spend hours manually editing each product in turn. The benefit of this is that ArdMoor can quickly make promotional price adjustments to multiple products to increase revenue without the time cost of adjusting multiple prices manually.
