We employ a team of experienced and supportive Project Managers, responsible for managing Inforgen implementations for our clients. Your project manager will capture your requirements, lead the project with the Inforgen technical team and keep you informed at every step of the process.
1) Agree project goals and requirements
Your project manager will work with you to agree your precise requirements and goals for each individual project, including the timeframe and budget. This ensures that the end solution fits your business needs and allows the project to run smoothly and efficiently.
2) Form a plan and initiate development
With your requirements in place, your project manager will deliver a plan that breaks the development into appropriate phases. These phases will be reviewed with you at key milestones and this ensures your continuous feedback is incorporated into the project.
3) Communication from beginning to end
Our team understands how important it is to keep you up-to-date with progress from start to finish. Your project manager will send you a weekly email update as standard and set up a regular project review meeting, scheduled to match your needs. We can provide training so you make the most of your new solution and allow you to test the solution before go-live preparations commence.
4) Final configuration, testing and go-live
The Inforgen development and testing teams will test the solution throughout the development process. A complete and final test will be conducted before the point of user acceptance testing.
5) User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Your project manager will assess your requirements, acceptance criteria and UAT scripts and help plan the tests (three iterations is standard). The results of each phase of your testing will be assessed by the Inforgen team and then incorporated into the solution. Find out more about User Acceptance Testing.
6) Go-live and support
When final configuration and testing are complete, your Inforgen software is ready to go. We also provide a series of software support options so that your Inforgen system continues to perform for your business.
